Dr. Bogan is on the Board of Directors at SleepMed, Inc., First Community Corp. (South Carolina), First Community Bank (Lexington, South Carolina), and National Sleep Foundation. Dr. Bogan received his undergraduate degree from Wofford College and a doctorate degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Jack F. Fiedor, CPA, serves as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of SleepMed, Inc.  Mr Fiedor has over 25 years of diverse finance and accounting experience. He began his career with the professional services firm of Ernst & Young LLP. Prior to SleepMed, he held executive level positions including Chief Accounting Officer and Interim CFO of SBA Communications Corporation (SBAC, NASDAQ). Mr. Fiedor holds a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. He is a Florida certified public accountant and member of the AICPA.
